Description: I love the distorted textures and colors that water provides me as inspiration. As I sat on the street in a cafe, I noticed the uneven stones had collected water and as people splashed their way through colors of the cafes awning danced along with the hustle of the city. This became a source for an abstract painting entitled The Splash. Each of these pieces are embellished by hand with touches of giclee to highlight and add texture to each canvas.
