MATERIAL SELECTIONS

ACRYLIC

  • 1/4” thick (0.22”)
  • 1.2 lbs. per square foot
  • UV-curable ink printed directly onto back of acrylic - not face mounted image
  • Outstanding optimal clarity
  • High quality, vibrant colors

Standoffs

  • Standoff holes are 0.45” wide
  • 1” x 1” brushed aluminum (satin) standoffs

CANVAS

Gallery Wrap

  • Canvas wraps around a stretcher bar (as do canvas paintings in art galleries)
  • Printed on UV cured archival inks on an artist grade canvas
  • Handmade museum quality 1.5” stretcher bars
  • Arrives ready to hang like all of our items
  • Borders will be cloned so the edges ofthe image will be repeated onto the sides of wrap

Traditional

  • Classic framing method where the frame is flush with the edge of the canvas
  • A wide selection of artisan frames available to match any space and decor

Floater Frame

  • The frame does not cover the edge of the canvas giving it the appearance of floating within the frame
  • Approximately 0.5” gap between canvas and floater frame
  • Three floater frames to choose from
  • Elegant and contemporary design solution

METAL ART

  • Medium brushed satin aluminum
  • Aluminum is 0.002” thick/0.35 lbs sq. ft.
  • No heavy metals; classified “green” by epa
  • Rated at 100 years indoors
  • Finger print resistant; will not chip or peel

Floating Aluminum

  • An aluminum floater frame is used so that there is a 0.25” gap between the aluminum and the frame
  • One black floater frame is available
  • Hangs 3” from the wall

Suspended Aluminum

  • Recessed mounting not visible when looking at the aluminum straight on
  • Hangs about 1” from the wall

PAPER

Loose Print

  • Matte paper or premium archival paper
  • Printed with vibrant, eco-friendly latex inks

Framed

  • Matte paper or premium archival pape
  • Customize the moulding, matte, and size
  • Glass or acrylic available

WOOD

  • Printed on a ½” thick birch
  • Natural birch wood grain will show through image
  • Has a slightly warm tone which will affect color in the print
  • Comes ready to hang with d-rings or hanging wire
