ACRYLIC

This group of clear printable panels can be used in a variety of applications such as room dividers, backlit light boxes, art panels and window inserts. Polycarbonate is more specific type of plastic sheet that provides added hardness and scratch resistance at a slightly higher cost.

Both products are available in a variety of thicknesses from 1/8” (3mm) to 1/2” (12mm), and can be finished with a backlit diffuser or blockout backer if required. Mounting options include direct application, stand-offs and cable hardware.

    MAGNETIC SYSTEM

    DIBOND

    DiBond is a composite panel that consists of a thin polyethylene layer sandwiched between two aluminum skins. The stove-lacquered finish on the face is ideal as backer board for laminate prints and an excellent surface for direct print art panels. The result is a lightweight panel that is low weight, has a smooth finish and possesses outstanding flexural stiffness. Mounting options include direct application, cleats, stand-offs and cable hardware.

    SINTRA

    Sintra is a lightweight yet rigid board of moderately expanded closed-cell PVC extruded in a homogenous sheet with a low gloss matte finish. Available in a variety of thickness from 1/8” (3mm) to 1” (24 mm). Sinatra is an excellent choice for unframed art panels and can be CNC routed to shape if desired. Mounting options include direct application, cleats, stand-offs and cable hardware.
